These are frames from the walkthrough itself, built from the client's floor plan and reference photos. Nothing is retouched.

Rates

Charged on the built-up area on your drawing, including walls and balconies. Homes above 3,500 sq ft get the lower rate on their whole area, starting from ₹35,000 for Signature and ₹45,500 for Elite.

Prices exclude GST. Exterior elevations and walkable gardens are quoted separately. Hosting is included for 12 months, then ₹499 a month per project.

You send a drawing. You get back a link.

    PDF, DWG or a clear photo with room sizes, plus any mood images or finishes.

  2. We build it

    Walls, doors and windows from the drawing's scale, then furniture and light to your brief.

  3. You review

    Walk the draft link and send changes within the included rounds.

  4. Share it

    Final link and tour video, ready for buyers or your project page.

Viewing

Nothing to install. The walkthrough is a large 3D file made for a capable computer; the tour video plays on any device.

Minimum
A laptop with a cooling fan and a dedicated graphics chip: Apple M2 Pro or M3 Pro, or an RTX 3060 (8 GB) with 16 GB of RAM. Fanless laptops such as the MacBook Air get hot and slow down.

How do you measure the area?

We use the built-up area on the architect's plan, including walls and balconies. For several floors, we add them together.

How does the rate work above 3,500 sq ft?

Above 3,500 sq ft, the whole area is charged at the lower rate, and the price starts from ₹35,000 for Signature and ₹45,500 for Elite. A 5,000 sq ft home on Signature is 5,000 × ₹8, which comes to ₹40,000.

Which files can I send?

PDF, DWG, DXF, or a clear photo or scan of the plan with dimensions. SketchUp and Revit exports work too.

What counts as one revision?

One set of changes sent together, such as moving furniture, changing finishes or adjusting the light. Extra rounds are ₹3,000 each.
